With 20 years global experience in business development, niche marketing, advocacy and fundraising in both the private and non profit sectors, Nadene’s entrepreneurial radar is finely tuned.

Expertise? Entrepreneurship and new project development, managing and developing human potential in the workplace, work-life balance, diversity, Generation Y and the culture of workaholic organisations. Nadene is a certified Frameworks Change Process coach, an expert facilitator and an active listening practitioner.

Passions? Nadene is a firm believer in positive change and understands how to leverage it to boost business. She conducts the creative orchestra that is AllSystemsGo!, always has the target in her sights and gets to the point.

Over the past 8 years since founding AllSystemsGo! she has trained and facilitated executives and teams on issues ranging from entrepreneurship, proactive leadership, panoramic vision, change and out of the box thinking. As a coach, Nadene works with executives who want to maximize their potential.

In 2003 Nadene also founded VIA2, a non profit organisation that provides work life balance consulting, training and capacity building services throughout Switzerland. For the past 5 years VIA2 has worked with progressive organisations interested in boosting internal performance.

She has lectured and spoken throughout Switzerland, has been published in the Swiss press such as Le Temps, PME Magazine and Swisster.ch, and is the co-author of “Concilier activité professionnelle et famille” – a report on work-life balance practises within business.

She has a Masters degree in Science, Technology and Society from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL) and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Concordia University, Québec.

Born and raised in Montréal, Nadene lives in the French speaking part of Switzerland.
